Services

Premium Laundry Wala provides doorstep laundry and garment-care services, including laundry by kilogram, wash and iron, dry cleaning, premium care and shoe care where available.

Service availability, pricing, minimum order rules and accepted service items are determined by the current system configuration at the time of booking or support confirmation.

Serviceability and scheduling

Service is limited to currently supported PIN codes and service zones. The application checks exact PIN-code serviceability and does not guarantee coverage based only on city or locality text.

Pickup and delivery slots are subject to availability, lead-time rules and operational capacity. Delivery scheduling follows the applicable garment-care turnaround rules, including a minimum 24-hour pickup-to-delivery rule where required by the service flow.

Pricing and payment

Prices shown on the website are current configured prices. Some items may show starting-from or inspection-required pricing. The confirmed order total generated by the system is authoritative for the order.

Cash on delivery is supported. Online payment may be available only when the configured payment provider is active. Do not complete a payment outside the official Premium Laundry Wala flow unless support confirms the request.

Garment care

Customers should share relevant fabric care instructions, garment condition details or pickup notes before service. For delicate, high-value or unusual items, contact support before placing or confirming service.
